The lighthouse within

The Lighthouse Within

(Verse 1)
A flat coast stretches, wide and gray,
No landmark guides, no light of day.
An aimless wandering, a chasing wind,
Lost in the sameness, where do we begin?
But in this vastness, a truth takes hold,
Not the flatness, but stories untold.
We seek a beacon, a guiding star,
To show us where our true selves are.

(Chorus)
Oh, the lighthouse within, it starts to gleam,
A borrowed clarity, a waking dream.
From a wise teacher, a sacred word,
Or a friend who's suffered, a lesson heard.
With human hands, a foundation laid,
And a flame from beyond, unafraid.
Our life's coast featured, with meaning deep,
Secrets the silent waters keep

(Verse 2)
The suffering comes, not as a curse,
But an invitation, to make us diverse.
The universe whispers, "Wake up, my child,"
No longer pretending, no longer beguiled.
To mourn and acknowledge, the flatness we see,
Is the first stone laid, for what's meant to be.
Our first lighthouse built, against the tide,
Where courage and wisdom, forever reside.

(Chorus)
Oh, the lighthouse within, it starts to gleam,
A borrowed clarity, a waking dream.
From a wise teacher, a sacred word,
Or a friend who's suffered, a lesson heard.
With human hands, a foundation laid,
And a flame from beyond, unafraid.
Our life's coast featured, with meaning deep,
Secrets the silent waters keep.

(Bridge)
Unconsciousness, the true enemy's guise,
But a grain of sand, opens our eyes.
The pearl begins to form, in depths unknown,
Not all the answers, but seeds bravely sown.
Admitting the darkness, we cannot see,
Builds the lighthouse, for you and for me.

(Outro)
In suffering's heart, a presence divine,
Weeping with those, whose spirits entwine.
Not cruel the allowance, but lessons profound,
Compassion and courage, on hallowed ground.
Calling us homeward, to align and embrace,
The source of all life, in this sacred space.
